Unable to access GXLab
If you’re unable to access GXLab, or pages fail to load despite having the correct permissions, the issue is often temporary.
Start by performing a hard refresh of your browser (see How to refresh your user token (Chrome) article for instructions), then log out and log back in. Waiting a few minutes before retrying can also help if the issue is due to a brief service interruption.
