Submit samples button is disabled

If the 'Submit Samples' button is greyed out and you’re unable to switch accounts, this is usually due to a session or account loading issue.

To resolve this, go to Account Settings and select 'Return to GXLab', then perform a hard refresh of your browser (see How to refresh your user token (Chrome) article for instructions). You can also try logging in using an incognito or private browsing window.

These steps typically restore normal access but if the error persists after several attempts, contact GXLab Support with details of the issue and our team will assist you in resolving it (see Contact us page on the website).
