Sample Planner not loading in Google Chrome
Some users may find that Sample Planner does not load correctly in Google Chrome, even though the same workflow works in another browser such as Microsoft Edge. This may appear as a blank screen, unexpected redirect, or incomplete page load.
This issue is commonly related to browser caching, session state, or temporary configuration changes rather than your project setup. To resolve it, start by performing a hard refresh in Chrome to clear cached content (see How to refresh your user token (Chrome) article for hard refresh instructions). If the issue persists, log out of GXLab and log back in.
If you still cannot access Sample Planner, try opening it in another browser as a temporary workaround. In most cases, the issue resolves on its own once updates fully propagate.
