Sample alignment failure
Sample alignment failures typically occur when sample locations do not fully overlap with the relevant surveyed layers. This is often caused by gaps or missing areas in the spatial data.
Review the alignment between sample points and surveyed layers to ensure full coverage. Correcting any gaps before retrying will usually resolve the issue.
Once alignment has been corrected, re-run the process and if the issue persists contact GXLab Support with details of the issue and our team will assist you in resolving it (see Contact us page on the website).
