# How to receive raw lab results during sample submission.

## You can now opt in to receive raw lab results during the sample submission process. Follow the steps below to enable this option:

**1. Go to the Billing Details Screen**  
Once you’ve reached the *Billing Details* screen in the Sample Hub, check the box that says:  
**“I would like to receive the raw lab results.”**

 **2. Enter Your Email Address**  
A textbox will appear. Enter the email address where you'd like to receive the raw lab results.

**3. Add Multiple Recipients (Optional)**  
If you’d like the results sent to multiple email addresses, separate each address with a **semicolon (;)** — no spaces.  
Example: `user1@email.com;user2@email.com`

**4. Complete the Submission**  
Click **Checkout** to complete the process.

### Tips

- Double-check all email addresses for typos to ensure delivery.
- In the future we will enable email addresses to save per account.
- If you don't receive the raw results, check your spam or junk mail folder.
