Duplicate results after deleting and re-uploading data

In rare cases, deleting results and re-uploading data may cause previously removed results to reappear or create duplicates. This usually indicates that the farm has entered an inconsistent data state.

Where practical, the fastest and most reliable solution is to create a new farm and re-upload the data. While this may not always be ideal, it avoids extended troubleshooting and provides a clean starting point.
